We've had a lot of requests for yeast, we use a lot in Pizza Dough Land so it's generally here.
We use a Fresh/Wet Yeast sold in a 1 # block. There are many conversion calculators on the interwebs for make it right for your recipes using a dry yeast. Leave in a bag in the fridge for up to 60 days.
For consistency and amazing results, this is my favorite yeast.
